Protect Your Business With Our Test and Tag Program
In Australia, Testing and Tagging isn’t a suggestion – it’s a compulsory requirement to ensure the safety of your staff and the public. Every business must follow strict occupational health and safety guidelines (AS/NZS 3760) and failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in unpleasant consequences, from fines of up to $28,500 to imprisonment.
It’s not just the owners of a business who are on the line. The managers also have a legal and ethical obligation to meet the guidelines, so don’t wait to ensure that your business is up to standards.

Test and Tag Schedules
Generally, an appliance that is part of a hazardous environment needs to be tested more regularly than ones that aren’t. The appliance tester will determine where the environment and item will be assessed under the corresponding Standards and/or Workcover guidelines.
We’re committed to seeing each project through to the very end. Combine our passion for excellence with our unbeatable after sales maintenance and service programs, and you can rest easy knowing that Rockhampton Cooling Shop takes care of its commercial clients, providing personal support all the way to the finish line and beyond.

Certificate of Compliance – Reporting Compliance
It might look like just a sticker on a lead, but appliance testing and tagging is so much more than that. Did you know that, as well as testing and tagging, you’re required to keep records of inspections, maintenance and tests? This also includes Certificate of Compliance, test results and risk assessment reports.
These test and tag reports are required to be produced within 24 hours of an Inspector’s request. Your Inspector will want documentation to show that your commercial site has undergone testing and tagging by a certified company, just like Rockhampton Cooling Shop.
